The JD Power U.S. Initial Quality Study measures problems new vehicle owners experience within the first 90 days of ownership, expressed as problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). The lower the score, the better the quality. Now in its 40th year, it remains the automotive industry's most trusted benchmark for vehicle quality.
